1099-DA Reconciliation Readiness Assessment
$249 for a TY2025 source and data-health screen before a full broker-to-ledger reconciliation is accepted. The fee is credited if you proceed with an accepted engagement.
No tax documents are collected on this page. We confirm fit and obtain engagement acceptance and payment before requesting records.
In short: The $249 assessment tells you whether your TY2025 exchange, wallet, and Form 1099-DA records are complete enough for a defensible reconciliation. It identifies missing records and blocked issues before you pay for a full project.

Find the record problems before calculating the answer
A broker form reports what the broker saw. Your tax result may depend on basis, holding period, fees, and transfers that live across several sources. A reliable reconciliation starts by proving that those sources can be connected without guessing.
The readiness assessment is a controlled screening step. It identifies missing files, rejected files or rows, incomplete transfers, unsupported activity, and ambiguous matches before Arc & Ledger accepts a full reconciliation engagement.
What the broker reported
The Form 1099-DA and any supplemental broker detail are preserved as separate evidence.
What your records can support
Exchange and wallet rows are checked for chronology, completeness, transfers, fees, and basis evidence.
Whether a full reconciliation is safe to accept
You receive a written fit decision, missing-record request, and next-step scope instead of an unsupported estimate.
Request the assessment
Send only your name and email. We will confirm fit first; records are requested through the secure portal only after engagement acceptance and payment.
Pilot scope is intentionally narrow
Narrow support is how the first cases stay reviewable and traceable. Unsupported activity is identified, not forced into a calculation.
Screened for the TY2025 pilot
- Federal tax year 2025
- Up to 3 centralized-exchange or wallet sources
- Up to 5,000 transaction rows
- Ordinary wallet-to-wallet transfers
- FIFO and documented acquisition or disposition fees
- Structured Form 1099-DA records
Not accepted in the first pilot
- DeFi, NFTs, mining, or staking structures
- Derivatives, margin activity, or liquidations
- Unsupported lot-selection methods
- Materially incomplete transaction history
- Cases that require guessing at missing prices or acquisitions
- Tax years other than 2025
Records stay behind the engagement boundary
The website collects no transaction details. After fit review, Arc & Ledger sends the engagement letter. Records are requested through the existing private portal only after the letter is accepted and payment is confirmed. The Reconcile & Defend workbench uses a case reference and preserves source hashes for review.
