International & Cross-Border Pricing
Flat fees for every form the IRS requires when your money has a passport. Penalties for missing these forms start at $10,000 per form per year. We publish the price of doing it right.

| Streamlined Filing - Domestic (SDOP) | 3 returns + 6 FBARs, 5% miscellaneous offshore penalty | $2,650 | The route that caps prior-year exposure |

Penalty figures are statutory amounts under current law; actual assessments depend on your facts and IRS inflation adjustments. All international engagements include a written scope and a fixed fee. Streamlined filings include a non-willfulness statement drafted by an Enrolled Agent, not a template: volume providers do not write it, and the tax attorneys who do typically charge $5,000 and up.
Diagnostics Ladder: Start Small, Know Exactly Where You Stand
Fixed-price entry reviews with a written deliverable from the Enrolled Agent. Where marked, the entry fee is credited toward the larger engagement it leads into - you never pay for the diagnostic twice.

| Quarterly Planning Snapshot | 45-minute session plus a written summary of your top tax moves | $349 | Planning engagement from $1,497 (credited) |
Every diagnostic ends in a written deliverable reviewed by an Enrolled Agent - not an automated report. Findings are items for professional review, and no outcome, credit, or savings amount is ever guaranteed.

How Billing Works
Every engagement is fixed-fee and agreed in writing before work begins. No hourly surprises.
When do I pay?
You sign the engagement letter and pay a deposit ($250 to $750 by scope) to reserve your start date. The deposit is credited in full to your final invoice, not an extra charge on top of the quoted price. For returns, the balance is due before we e-file.
How are monthly services billed?
Bookkeeping and retainer plans auto-charge in advance on the 1st, to a card or bank account (ACH) on file. Paying annually up front earns a 10% discount.
What happens if a balance is late?
Balances are due on the terms in your engagement letter. Past-due balances accrue 1.5% per month (18% per year) after 15 days.
Do discounts stack?
No. When more than one promotional discount applies (referral, early-filing, or annual prepay), only the single largest one is honored. Discounts do not combine.
Is there a rush fee?
Yes, when a deadline is tight. Documents received after March 15 (individuals) or February 15 (entities) carry a 15% rush surcharge on the return fee for the first two weeks past that date, and 25% after that, collected with the deposit, to prioritize your return for on-time filing. Otherwise we file an extension at no charge for signed engagements.
Do you ever charge a percentage of my refund?
Never. We do not charge percentage or contingent fees. Treasury Circular 230 prohibits them for return preparation, and flat fees are how you know our only incentive is getting it right.
